After a truly awful experience with another web designer we were introduced to Rich; and he worked closely with us and built us an amazing website. Rich is professional and friendly, and he taught me how to manage the content, however questions crop up from time to time and whilst I am no website expert by any stretch of the imagination, I am safe in the knowledge that I can drop Rich a quick email and the solution arrives very quickly. If I have posed a more technical challenge, he works it out, gives me a call and talks me through his instructions – we can’t ask for better customer care. His prices are very competitive and his quality of service definitely gives value for money.
