Rich helped me manage my old website (which was designed for me by a friend a few years ago but was getting quite old fashioned) for the last three years and recently I took the plunge and asked him to build me a brand new website. I already knew that I trusted him and had always been very happy with his friendliness and professionalism.
I’m not very technically minded on matters IT so Rich had to be very patient with me when designing the new website. He led me through the process, explaining things as the site progressed – always answering emails and phone calls promptly in a friendly and thorough way. He has great attention to detail and I’m really delighted with my new website.
